Services Provided

630 Sneaker Cleaning offers professional sneaker cleaning, deyellowing, and sole icing services. Service outcomes may vary depending on the sneaker’s condition, age, and material.

Service Limitations

• We strive for the highest quality results, but some stains, discoloration, or damage may be permanent.

• We are not responsible for manufacturer defects or pre-existing damage.

• Turnaround times are estimates and may vary depending on the service.

Payment & Pricing

• Payment is required before services are rendered.

• No refunds will be issued once the cleaning process has begun.

Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must provide accurate information regarding their sneakers, including any known issues.

• Special requests must be communicated before service begins.

Liability & Risk

• While we handle all items with care, we are not liable for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, manufacturing flaws, or fragile materials.

• In rare instances where damage is caused directly by our process, compensation may be offered at our discretion.

Pickup & Storage Policy

• Customers will be notified via text when their sneakers are ready for pickup.

• Sneakers must be picked up within 7 days of notification.

🚨Sneaker Pickup Policy 🚨

• Once your kicks are cleaned & ready, you’ve got 7 days to pick them up! 

  After that:
  👟 Days 8–12: $3 per pair, per day
  👟 Day 13 & up: $5 per pair, per day

  We don’t have unlimited space, so make sure to grab your sneakers on time to avoid fees! 🙏

• Sneakers not picked up within 30 days of service completion may be considered abandoned. 630 Sneaker Cleaning reserves the right to donate or dispose of unclaimed items.
